I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the hotel. The room was quiet and comfortable, and I was glad I booked for 2 nights. It was spotless and fresh. However, there was a slight smell like smoke or marijuana lingering in the air, which was a bit off-putting.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and pleasant to approach. However, there was a bit of confusion initially, despite having a confirmation email that said Holiday Inn. They acted like I was an idiot or something, which was a bit unprofessional.

The hotel's location was great for the Airport, shopping, and restaurants. It was really nice when I walked in and very convenient to and from the airport. However, there was a small issue with cleanliness near the checkout counter.

My stay at the hotel was overall satisfying. The rooms were comfortable with two cozy queen-size beds and plenty of pillows, although the musty smell and mold in the shower were a downside. The service was exceptional, especially the midnight lady who checked us in, though some staff behaviors in the elevator were unprofessional. The location was excellent for airport access but not particularly convenient for other activities. The dining experience was decent but could use some improvement. The facilities met my needs, and the price was reasonable.
